if I don't use it right away do I loose them, or do they add up? I just hit level 30, got my 1st one but don't know what to do!! Thanks

Yeah - there is no limit!! You may want to hold on to them until you get to the tougher levels, but that is up to you. I always keep at least 10.
But it doesn't matter, they are yours for whatever you want :-)

Yeah, that is what I have been doing since the other day when I hit level 30. I ended up getting a total of 3 energy packs yesterday because of the awards that I got. So I used one yesterday and I have been holding on to the rest trying to save them up and not use them.
