the first time I served the mayor his "special drink"  he was elected govenor, will he still open the things he was suppsed to as mayor?

He is actually supposed to unlock stuff as the Governor so yes!

....so the govenor never did unlock the BS mysterio. Isn't he supposed to? regardless of what hes served?

Just got the message!  Am headed to BS now.  I had forgotten if there was a message that came with unlocking.
