Some people might protests that our chosen lifestyle contradicts itself.  Why do you think that you are drawn to both an "alternative" and traditional view of womanhood?  How do you keep the balance?

I am drawn to the traditional side because it just feels right. I love taking care of my house and my husband and that seems to be the part of being female that wants to care for and nurture. I am attracted to the "alternative" side of life (even though I think every one's life is "normal" for them) because it allows me to show my creativity and express myself. I don't have to be pent up and put in a box. I think everyone should be able to express themselves the way they chose (as long as they are not harming anyone else). Besides I don't want my kids to grow up being judgemental little creeps just basing their opinion on how someone looks.

Well, I was brought up "old fashioned". So it's the way I know. I love to be creative whether it's cooking, tattoos or playing on the computer. I just do what makes me happy. I also have an "organic hippie side" too!

I think I have always been sort of a walking condratiction.

Josh says thats one of the things that has always intrigued him with me.

From what my mom says, I always have been.

I have hated being labeled. My whole life...I have fought against the "you should be, or your supposed to do..."

In highschool I was the drama/choir chick...I was in mock trial and debate....I was very much not one of the popular girls, but it never mattered. I was myself, and it took me a long time to embrace that...
