Working out?

Are any of y'all working out?  I was thinking about going tomorrow, but forgot what my heartrate could go up to...

I just do yoga ,I switched from pilates to yoga cuz my OB said it would be better  for my body since its my first pregnancy =)

I work out four days a week.  Youre heartrate should say below 140 bpm.  Which, if you havent been working out so far, could sneak up fairly easily.  Light cardio, yoga, balance/core techniques  ,and resistance training (with rubber straps) are great for pregnancy.  At this point abs are out, and i just realized that planks are out, too.  For abs though, just keeping them engaged while doing any other motions is good for now, and sometimes, just sitting up straight in a chair works, and maybe doing upright small crunches while seated.

Im starting yoga to help with hip pain.  Call me crazy, but the more i work out, the MORE energy i have.  Its been the only thing to keep me going in this brutal pregnancy ive been having.
