McKenna and her swim lessons (excited!)

So my dd has been in swim classes for almost 2 months now. Her first class she absolutely LOVED, she jumped right in and had a blast. Well everytime since then she has been screaming bloody murder the entire 20 min class. I felt horrible, like maybe i was starting her to early (although every parent there was reassuring me that it was normal and their kids did it too). Well this Tuesday she actually jumped in again with no real problems, I was so excited cause i cant stand hearing her cry like that. She whined a little bit the entire time but overall she did 90% better. She was even going underwater and getting herself to the side of the pool for air! Well then on Thursday we took her again and hoping it was going to be the same if not better, and she LOVED IT!!! She leaped in and was laughing and chatting with the instructor the entire time. She has made a complete 180 and i am so proud of her!!! It eases my mind knowing that she is comfortable around water since all 3 grandparents house's have pools with no gate and they all live within 5 mins of my house. We are going to take our annual trip to shaver lake this summer for 10 days and i am so happy i got her in these classes.
