This is pretty much everything we have in our fridge at a given time (recently since I used to never cook). I chop up some green and red bell peppers, onions, keilbasa. I shred some carrots and crush some garlic. Some of that you can just cut into chunks and toss into a blender until it's chopped finely so it blends into the meat. I heat up a skillet and toss all of it in with some water so it carmelizes (my husband's favorite way to eat breakfast meat and hotdogs).
Then, because we had a ton of filler, I made it a four egg omelet and cut it between the three of us. I like to use milk with the whipped eggs so it's fluffier and I put the seasoning (salt, pepper, and what not) in the egg mix as well.
We ate it up, well, my son only ate the filler...
