Okay, I didn't realize how few people knew how to make a parfait until I was talking to a friend. They are really easy to make.
All you need to do is get plain yogurt, some berries (frozen works great too, as long as a few blueberries are thrown in there), a little sugar, and granola if you want. Now, cut and mix the berries so they are bite size and put a little sugar on it. Cover and stick in the fridge for a while (fifteen minutes minimum). Then, layer with the yogurt. Add granola. Tada, a very healthy snack with two things that you should be eating every day.
