I got this recipe from "Cook This, Not That." I made it tonight and it was really good.
Ingredients:
1 bunch of asparagus, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 1 tablespoon of parmesan, salt and pepper to taste, juice of one lemon
Directions:
Preheat 400 degrees. Snap the woody parts off the asparagus. Pour on the olive oil. Sprinkle on the parmesan, salt and pepper. Toss to coat. Put in the oven for about 10 to 12 minutes. Once you take it out, pour the lemon juice over the veggies.
