Honey-Mustard Salmon

I got this recipe from "Cook This, Not That."  I made it tonight and it was so good.  My son loves fish, my husband is really picky.  My husband ate two servings (the last piece).  It does go well with the Roasted Asparagus (in this forum).

Ingredients:

1 tablespoon butter, 1 tablespoon brown sugar, 1 tablespoon honey, 2 tablespoons dijon mustard, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, salmon steak fillets, salt and pepper, olive oil

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.  Mix butter and brown sugar, heat in microwave for 30 minutes.  Stir in honey, mustard, and soy sauce.

Heat an oven proof pan (we don't have one, so later we switched to an oven safe dish) on high heat, put in olive oil.  Season fish with salt and pepper and place in the pan flesh side down.  Heat 3-4 minutes (until browned).

Turn over (this is when you put it in the oven safe dish if your pan isn't).  Put half of the sauce on the fish now and put it in the oven for 5 minutes.  When you take it out, put the rest on.
