I got this recipe from "Cook This, Not That." It's easy and delicious.
Ingredients:
Chicken Tenders (1 pound), 3 egg whites, salt and pepper, panko crumbs
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Mix the panko crumbs and seasonings. Dip the chicken tenders in the egg and cover in the panko crumbs. Set it down on an cookie sheet already sprayed with cooking spray. Stick it in the oven for 10 to 12 minutes.
There is a sauce that comes with it as well, made with dijon mustard, honey, and a little bit of pepper sauce; but it didn't taste right. Once I get that figured out I'll add it on here later.
