Easy Fries

My son loves to eat french fries, so I searched and found this healthier recipe that's fairly easy to make.

You need:

potatoes, parsnips, carrots, sweet potatoes, olive oil, salt, and seasoning salt.

Preheat your oven to 450 degrees.

Chop vegetables into strips, making sure they are not too thin.  Toss with a little olive oil and sprinkle the salt and seasoning salt on.  Put it on a baking sheet.

Bake for about half an hour.

Be careful.  Even if you use one of each of the vegetables (well with more carrots of course) you will find that you have tons of left over fries.  My son did eat them up though.

Recipe found in "Eat This Not That: Supermarket Survival Guide."
