I found this in a book called "Toddler Menues: A mix-and-match guide to healthy eating" by Penny Preston. I'm going to try to make it this week and I will let you know how my picky son reacts. (By the way, he is always trying to grab avocados from the store.)
You need:
1 avocado, 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice, 2 oz cream cheese, black pepper, and strips of cucumber, carrots, and toasted bread for dipping
Peel the avocado and remove the pit. Mash with lime juice. Stir in cream cheese and season to taste with black pepper. Serve with dipping items.
