I tend to only eat white fish, like halibut.  My mother in law gave me this recipe, so...

You need:

Some halibut steaks, butter (A lot, like half a stick), Mrs. Dash seasoning, water

Heat the butter and water in a deep pan on the stove until butter is melted (boiling).  Throw in the fish and season.  Turn over part way through and cook until water is all gone.

My husband was very surprised and he really loves this dish.  My son will eat anything if you tell him it's fish, so it works really well.  I like to cook this with yellow rice and some steamed veggies.
