I read this in one of the many sites I was looking up (I look up tons of kids recipes and know that most of them won't work with my family). This one sounded good. I'll have to make it this Saturday Morning.
Ingredients: Berries, Kiwis, Bananas, whatever other fruits you like that mix well, plain or vanilla yogurt, syrup, pancakes
Make your pancakes however you normally do, just larger than normal (think Denny's size). (If you'd like to go healthier, try whole wheat pancake mix.) Wash and mix bite size pieces of the fruit together. When you are done making the pancakes, add the fruit to one side, add either yogurt or syrup, and fold like a taco.

This sounds like such a great idea my kids like doing the whole taco thing just not eating it but they love pancakes we do that for dinner a lot.
We do breakfast for dinner a lot as well. Pancakes, omelets, what some places now call scrambles (I'm not so well at folding the omelet, so it turns into a scrambled egg with lots of meats and veggies tossed in).
