We are part of a movement to ensure that US laws are made consistent with the UN Charter for Universal Human Rights that states in the Article One that "All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights. They are endowed with reason and conscience and should act towards one another in spirit of brotherhood."
There are laws that are fallacious and need changing or implementing. For example, genital modifications of underage children should be outlawed and full reproductive and pregnancy/labor rights for women should be ensured. We should also ensure informed decision making rights for all patients. Everyone is entitled to rights and freedoms "without distinctions of any kind, such as race, colour, sex, language, religion, political or other opinion, national or social origin, property, birth, or other status."

How do we do this?
How do we make sure that "all members of the human family" are included?
In this group we will attempt to answer those questions regarding a broad number of issues. We are group for taking action and finding solutions.
We are a think tank and a discussion group, and a resource for activists for positive change.
