HANDICAP HOME/VAN LIFT EXPENSE?????

Please, Please!!! Does anyone have any info about any organization that help with the expenses of installing handicap lift for the home and handicap lift/ramp for van?????? Desperate!!! In dire need for a child age 13 who is getting too big to carry from bed to bath to van. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE....may stary a fund raiser soon on FB. Does anyone know of where on this site I could post a fundraiser with pics? Thanks, Andrea

i don't personally know of any, but i do know of places that help families in hard times, go to a salvation army church, and explain your situation, also, i'd check with any and every church there is. there are some that are really good about helping families out. i don't know where at on this site you could do it, but keep asking around on different pages, like try the cafe group. i hope this helps you atleast a little bit...and i notice around my town people will make up buckets to put in dandys with pics/info on them for people to donate...youd have to ask the managers, but i'd try that too, i can imagine that's pretty expensive. so i hope this helps you out somewhat! sorry i can't be of more help...

Also look into HUD. They may be able to help you or direct you to a program that can

You might also try you county or state representatives.  They should know where you can get some help in this area.  After all you help pay there paycheck make them earn there pay.
