Let's talk about sleep! How's your LO sleeping? How are you sleeping? Share your story so that other moms can benefit from your experience!

Quick and Easy Survey for Moms of 6-Month-Olds

1. Baby's birthdate?

2. Boy or girl?

3. How many naps is s/he taking? What times?

4. What does his/her nighttime sleeping look like? How long a stretch in the evening?

5. Do you have a bedtime routine? Books, bath, rocking, singing?

6. On a scale of 1 - 10, how happy are you with the sleep your LO is getting (1 being not happy and 10 being very happy)

7. On a scale of 1 - 10, how happy are you with the sleep YOUR getting?

8. What have you learned that could help another mom with her LO's sleeping?

1. Baby's birthdate? September 29, 2009

2. Boy or girl? Boy - Grayson

3. How many naps is s/he taking? What times? 4 naps, #1 8 - 8:20 in car on way to school, #2 around 10:30 for 1.5 hrs, #3 around 2:15 for 1 hr, #4 around 4:30 in car on way home

4. What does his/her nighttime sleeping look like? How long a stretch in the evening? Betime is 7:00 pm. Goes to sleep awake, after bottle, with lovey, no pacifier, no swaddle. Sleeps through until he gets hungry around 4 or 5 am. Eats and goes back to sleep by himself until around 7:00.

5. Do you have a bedtime routine? Books, bath, rocking, singing? Yes, books, bath, massage, bottle in rocking chair, in crib

6. On a scale of 1 - 10, how happy are you with the sleep your LO is getting (1 being not happy and 10 being very happy). About an 8.

7. On a scale of 1 - 10, how happy are you with the sleep YOUR getting? About an 8.

8. What have you learned that could help another mom with her LO's sleeping? Put your baby to sleep they way they need will need to get themselves back to sleep in the middle of the night i.e no rocking, no pacifier etc. No sleep associations.
