I have been married to the most wonderful man for over 16 years.

I am a SAHM of 9 children, 7 boys and 2 girls.

Hello sisters I've been married for 4 1/2 yrs (5 yr on Dec 15th) we have a 3yr old son (Mathias), and 1 yr old daughter (Liliana aka Lily).

Hubby struggles at work (he's a driver for a tow company he's in NJ, NY, & PA a lot) between less the curtiouse drivers, ppl. who try to slam theri breaks and claim that they were hit, ppl. at the places he picks up cars from he ends up pretty stressed. Not to mention this smoking habit he's been trying to get rid of for about 7 yrs (as long as he's been smoking).

Mathias is 3 and he's our prayer warrior, he wants to pray all the time praise God, but we're struggling with him because he's a bit aggressive and talks back to us.

Lily is 1 and she's well behaved (lol she's a baby)but since Tuesday she's had these sours on her tounge and now on her lip. I took her to the ER that very day and they told me they didn't know for sure what it was so it had to be some sort of virus.

It could potentially be contagious, could spread, could give her a fever, etc... if it got worst come back.

She's in pain, she wont eat, she's unable to sleep through the night, she's super moddy unable to even play or be cuddled.

My self, I need to lose weight, (who doesn't right?) but I'm way over weight and it's effecting how I'm breathing and I'v been having heart pains.

I'm taking care of my nieces' daughter which was supposed to be a favor only done until she could find a day care for her and it's been about 4 weeks (as of tomorrow) she's 2 (as of May) she kicks, smacks, pinches the baby. She yells, screams, cries, whines, complains, about everything at all times. She's only semi quiet when she's sleeping and even then she's screaming at points.

She throws things at my son like a phone (at his head), she took of her shoe as he was running past her and threw it at his back. She climbs on the  table(which my son is starting to adapt as well as her tanrums). I need to tell her mom who is my niece that I can no longer take care of her. I mean it was only supposed to be until she found someone else and she just decieded one day I was better then a daycare and she was going to just leave her with me. With out discussing it with me. I've over whelmed and I need for her to go. Not to mention my niece is giving me $100 every other week and that doesn't even cover all the milk and food, juice she eats those two weeks.

I'm also not able to go to the park which is just 3 blocks away with all three kids, so my kids are all copped up as of lat October when the winter began around here (well the cold at least).

Please pray for us, we also just lost our insurance and Lord knows we need it.

I;m also hopping to be pregers but wont know for sure until Friday or Saturday. So pray that God will do His will in my womb.

Hello ladies! I am Shlonda, I have three children: 8yr Krizton (pronounced Christian), 2yrs Zephaniah, and 6wks Chosen. We love the LORD! My DH is a barber as well as a teacher at the local youth detention center. He has a true call into ministry working with young people. I have recently answered my call as a prophet of GOD, which was a long battle, LOL! We are a growing family living in a small two bedroom house that we are running DH's business out of  a additional room. We also have a very small car for all of us...We are givers, love to see God's people being blessed and allow God to use us as necessary.... I am so honored to be among your presence....Keep us in your prayer....

I'd also like to say that as far as my niece's daughter goes. I told her yesterday it was way to over whelming to care for 2 yr old and my two kids. She thanked me and told me she understood, that she was grateful that I had taken care of her for this month. She knew her daughter was a handful and that I needed to care for my two.

So she's going to get some one ASAP. I hope it's sooner then later.

How awesome!! My hub is being prepared to go to our local prison as well. They do bible studies, prayer, one on one bible based councling, etc....It's awesome.

I really need to be making calls, but I will write you instead. I am procrasinating! OK here I go, facing my fears.

If you thought being a parent was a challenge, you are right. It is the best challenge in LIFE. I am who I am because of my children. They teach me and I pray I show them Love.

As a mom I have learned/am Learning:

Smiles are needed,
Grace is given,
Words can be spoken like a HOT SEARING KNIFE or a Healing Grace,
Live in the moment,
Love like a Champion
Give the rest to Jesus at the end of the day.

and be healthy, or you can't do the first thing to show love, Smile.

Hi Everyone

My name is Margie.  Our sons are ages 23 and 25.  They are not living a Christian life.  I am a Licensed Substitute Teacher and Licensed Hobby Breeder.  I have been ill with my sinuses for over two weeks and on three different meds for it.  The first two did not work and gave me a headache and made me throw up.  This other one seems to be working.  I live in a little town of Norwich, Kansas which is about 400 people.  My finances are and were in bad order but at one day at a time, it is getting better.  I have kittens to sell to make extra money and another mother who is expecting any time.  I am hoping that the door will open here in town so I can either teach or work with children and not have to travel.  If not I am trying to sell kittens which is work.  A man called me today and wants me to try to sell his kittens for half but the kittens are not selling so please pray that this door will open back up for me.  I have persians, himalayans and Maine Coons and He has bobcats.

Also keep our sons in prayer that they will turn to the Lord and avoid evil.  Our youngest son was convicted of a sex cime five years ago, is on disability and is drinking and living in sexual immoralit.

I have five other groups on cafe mom and there has been lots of conflict.

I am a good prayer warrior.

Welcome Margie! I 'm sorry I haven't been around ladies.

Please help me pray for this cold I have had for about 7 days, I've never been so sick. My huby got me sick, I got the kids and my dad sick too :( PLease help me pray for them too.

Also, and most importantly, my husband was chosen along a few other 20-somethings out of a church of about 3,000 to spacifially be dicipled by our pastor to later be sent out to do something for the Lord this could means missions or pastoral. My husband and I hope it would be missionay type work, where in we would be in a a place for only days or weeks at a time. The goal would be to visit established churches and to visit places no one else would go (ghettos, modern day Niniva, type places). Of course the kids would come with us but I'm getting way a head of my self. No one around us knows about this except of course the other men in the dicipleship group. We really need prayers to stay strong as you know when the Lord starts to prep you and do a work the enemy gets super angry and starts to attack. We're being attacked left and right. Well, hubby is. I ask that you keep him in your prayers.

His name is Carlos, he's 26 and he works full time as a tow truck driver, not where he picks up ppl. on the side of the road but the sort that transports cars from one dealer to another .Long Haul sort of thing.

He needs lots of prayers and so do we, I ask you that you would pray that the enemy not use our kid or I to get in the way of the Lord or to be manipulated by the enemy.

There are about 20 men in the group (it will become less eventually) in the mean while my husband and 2 other men are the only ones with families I ask that if it's on your heart that you would pray for them too. Regie & Daniel.
