My weight loss that is! yikes! I have been going to the gym for the past 3 weeks and work out for about an hour and 15 mins. I do about 20-30 mins of cardio, then I hit the resistance machines and work my arms legs and abs. I have been eating a lot better. about 1400 calories a day. Cut back on my sweets and yet I have still gained weight :/ I am just getting very frustrated becaues the numbers on the scale keep getting a few lbs higher. although I am noticing I have to keep tightening my bra straps and my pants aren't as tight....which is a good thing thats happening I know. but really I just want to see the number on the scale go DOWN..!!
