Hi, I am Rylie, I have been dieting since the fist of the year. So far I have lost THREE sizes but only FIVE pounds. I am eating between 1200 and 15oo calories a day, and working out about two hours a day :) I am on here to give and recieve support. WE CAN DO THIS LADIES!!!!
Ummm, well I count my calories VERY strict. I use myfitnesspal.com, you should use that to count calories, it is very helpful. I workout for about 2 hours each day (Not all at once) I usually do alot of bike riding (Which burns ALOT of calories), I go for a jog/ walk, then I usually do 250 crunches per day. It sounds like this is alot but if you spread it out throughout your day it doesn't seem like as much. The first week or two of doing this you WILL NOT lose weight but it is because you are replacing pounds of fat for pounds of muscle and it will be obvious to you. :) Feel free to PM me if you want to do more or would like a weight loss buddy. :))
