Hi I am Lisa, I am a 29 y/o mother of two. I currently weight 255 lbs my goal weight is anything under 200 lbs. Right now I work out three times a week and try to watch my calorie intake. I am thinking of doing Slim Fast for all three meals to see if that will get the weight off. I have tried Green T Pills and every other diet pill on the planet I always get stuck around the 250 lb mark and give up. I want fast weight lost.
