Hi there! Well i just gave birth to my son 6 weeks ago and have now gotten the OK to exercise! (csection). I have had a history of weight issues, my first when i was 14. Completely cutting out sodas and walking ALOT i lost 40 lbs in 2 months. After the birth of my daughter it took me a little longer, but i lost 45 lbs in 8 months. Now after the birth of my son i have 20lbs to lose to be at my healthy weight and i am ready (i have already lost 25lb since i gave birth, but it was severe water weight). I would like to talk to other women who are losing weight (no matter how much or how little) to relate to and to help me keep on the path! My husband comes home from his deployment in August and i would LOVE to be back to my normal self! (he deployed in december so he missed the birth of our son).
