Im starting the Acv diet this morning.. Wish me luck. I got on the scale over the weekend and I am as big as I was after having my 9 lbs 11 oz lil boy and that was just about 7 yrs ago. I cant seem to lose the weight. Was going to the gym for months but only lost 3 lbs.. So Here I go and I really hope this helps! If it doesnt Im gonna go lay in a tanning bed.. That always worked for me!
Its apple cider Vinagar. It has good weight loss reviews so Im gonna try it out. I tried to drink the mixture its a lil sour not to bad. I will keep posting about it. Hope it works out good Im in some major need to lose weight. I dont even eat bad food and I just can't seems to lose the weight and the doctor said everythings fine so this is my last attempt before I see what our insurance offers.

Did they work for her cause Ive been reading on this stuff for a while and I always here that the pills dont work that great.

So far I feel great Im not stepping on a scale yet but I will keep u posted.
