I've been stuck at the same weight for 3 years now, I can't seem to get under 150lbs keep jumping from 150- 160. I have done all the possible, Diets, which I tend to eat healthy for the most part, I've tried tons of diet pills and of course excercise which for the last 2months i have been doing 3x a week intense kickboxing class and am pretty active for the most part. Before i had my last child 3yrs ago i weighed 135lbs, I would like to get to that again... ANY SUGGESTIONS OR ADVISE???

Have you tried a nutritional cleanse? (not a colon cleanse)That's what helped me. (And I had tried everything out there! haha. I loved it so much that I became a certified cleanse coach.) It sounds like you have the exercise part down, but nutrition is 80% of the equation, so when you say you eat healthy...what kinds of food are you eating? I recommend keeping a food journal (and an "emotional" journal right with it) that way you can track everything that goes in your mouth. You might be surprised to find that little stuff adds up, stuff that we are not even aware we are nibbling on. lol. I have a list of tips that I can send you if you'd like, just message me if you want it.

Thanks this helps! When i say eat healthy, I mean since I can remember, i don't eat white breads, minimized pasta intake to only once a month, eat a lot of grains, fiber, lots of veggies and Fruits, don't eat deep fried foods, will only have sweets once in a while... I drink about a gallon of water a day, you name it... I recently tried Health e trim, i didn't lose not once lbs or inches nothing... I would appreciate your tips anything helps!

That is great that you drink a gallon of water, that's about what I recommend. And good job on your other food choices...I say "just say NO to white death" LOL (white flour, white sugar etc.)
