Having to BUY something? It seems like everything I've run into here is advertistment for some product you have to buy. I'm unemployed, I have a hard enough time scraping together GAS MONEY.
If anyone has any advice or something that doesn't involve purchasing something, I'd really appreciate it.

I keep hearing good things about weight watcher's. It isn't fast, but I have heard that it works well. If you google it, you can find all the information about it and the point system revealed. There's some kind of formula they use to determine how many point you're allowed daily and another to figure out how many points each food is worth. There's also websites they have free workout videos you can watch online. Hope that helps you a little.
I've done WW, but I had to stop because I could no longer afford the program. The old system is really the only one you can find any info on, nobody seems to know exactly how the new PointPlus program works (I wish I could find some info on it though!).
I lost 15 pounds on it...I'm just sad I had to let it go.
Thanks for your reply though, I appreciate it!
I managed to find this site that calculates point values for food as well as a calculator for how many total points your allowed each day. http://pointspluscalculator.com/
