Since not many people are introducing themselves in their own post, let's all introduce ourselves in this post!  I'll edit the rules.

Tell us your name, how much you want to lose and in what amount of time you'd like to lose it.  Also add any details about yourself you want to share!

Hi,

My name is Debbie and I am an overweight 49 year old mom to 12. I started gaining weight after my last DD was born 16 years ago and somehow just crept up. I would like to lose 45 pounds in the next 6-9 months if possible.I know that is probably pushing it but I am tired of looking like a frumpy old mom.

I am not very actve at this point and cannot afford to go to a gym but I can work out at home.I also do not have a lot of will power and I am hating having to say that.

Any help would be greatly appreciated as I would like to be the woman my husband married 26 years ago on our 27th on 12/31

Thanky  you

Debbie - Welcome!  I know you say you don't have will power but I think you need to find your inspiration, which will make losing weight much more easier.  I've wrote an article:

My name is Erinn and i'm a 30 year old SAHM to my 2 beautiful children.. Noah 3 and Ava 8 months. I wanna lose 40-50lbs. it seems soooo out of reach, but after reading your entry Megan, its starting to seem more within reach. I'd love to lose it in a month, but I highly doubt that's possible!! What kinds of tips do you have?? I could use as many as possible!!!!

Welcome Odilia!

Have you tried Propel?  They have different flavor waters, I love the lemon.  I've also heard that the fruit2o is really good but I haven't tried it yet.  It also has low calories and a full serving of fruit.
