i wanted to comment on the ephedra . i am an asthmatic so it is fairly easy for me to get ahold of it, but i wanted to tel you, though i cant remember where it was i saw it i did see that fewer people have died from responsible ephedra use in 10 years than die from asprin every year! just something to think about.

Yeah, that's kinda what made me click the 'X' button. I'd love to lose weight fast, but its not worth putting my health at risk that much.
