Chewing

Our dog has destroyed our back yard and part of the back of the house. We give her chew toys and she still chews on everything. She has ruined the siding, chewed through a cable line and made our backyard full of holes.
How can we get her to stop chewing and digging.

She needs more supervision.  When you catch her chewing correct her with a stern "no" then give her an appropriate toy.  When she takes it give her praise.

I agree you need to catch her in the act and deter this.  Also try a BIG Raw Meay Bone like a cow leg bone. Not Cooked. That ways she has a higher reward to chew on that other then Toys.

Do you leave her out there alone when you gone. Our dog started chewing on the wood beams in the kennel out of boredom.  Our dogs dig in the dog yard but it is their yard we have it divided so it is OK for them to do so out there just messy in the winter but I do not leave them out that long so they are tracking in a ton of mud.
