This is a group for Mom's struggling to get on with their lives after trauma. The symptoms of Post traumatic Stress may include , anxiety , depression, nightmares,and flashbacks They are varied in scope and intensity But is marked by an inability to move on after a life changing event, such as abuse , assault, grief or a natural disaster . We are here to offer support and advice in a safe and loving environment. There is life "Beyond Survival" There is love hope peace and even joy. Together we can find it.
