okay I have made these hello kitty sprinkles they are about the size of my fingertip how do I go about drying fondnat, I just learned about this btw. also what would be the best mode to ship them in? I made these to sell and thought I had everything but I guess not...

I air dry fondant for a few days. Do not put them in the refrigerator or freezer as they get moist and sticky. Once they've air dried for a few days, I'd get a small plastic container and fill it with tissue paper around your fondant pieces and bubble wrap the container to put inside the shipping box.

i heard sticking teh fondant in the oven with just he light on will harden it is that true?

That sounds like it would work as well. I haven't tried it though. Just make sure you don't forget about them and go to preheat the oven! That's something I would do. Lol
