Orgasmic feeling during wide seated forward bend... ? (Might be TMI for some...)

So last night I was doing some yoga before bed. I was doing a wide seated forward bend. I typically like to hold this pose for a few minutes as I LOVE the stretching feeling. Last night though, it was a GREAT feeling, almost orgasmic Id call it. The way Id describe it would be the feelign you get before you orgasm, that feeling of bliss and tingly-ness. My clit was throbbing and all.

Now Im not a girl who's easy to please. It takes a LOT of stimulation to get me off. So this is so strange that I felt this while nothing was stimulating me at all. I havent had sex since last week, I dont masturbate, and nothing was remotely near my clit to cause these near orgasmic sensations during my bends.

Any ideas? Please tell me Im not the only one!!! ;)

I'm going to go look that pose up stat! LOL! I have always found yoga to be a great warm up for sex not only b/c it stretches me out and I feel more limber, but b/c I am more tuned in with myself and my body. I like the feeling of empowerment and confidence it gives me. I am in the moment and if I can take that to the bedroom with my husband, then that is just awesome! I have found that the longer I am married, the more routine sex has become. We know what works and what doesn't and having a baby has taken the spontaneity out of it almost completely. So anything I can do to add some spice, I'm all about.

Now as far as actual orgasmic sensations during yoga, I can't say I've had the pleasure of experiencing that, perhaps b/c I've never thought of it. But I am now completely open to it! LOL Thanks momma!!!!!

LMAO! I was not even thinking about sex! I was just relaxed, going through the poses before I went to bed.

And I hear ya on the routine and no room for spontineity! We've been going at it, and had to stop bc she woke up. =/  I guess that comes with the Momma territory though. ;)
