I know there are a lot of great Yoga DVDs out there...but does anyone know about a good Yoga Audio? I'd rather have something I can download onto my MP3 player and listen to than to try and watch something on TV while I'm doing it. Hope that makes sense haha I found one on Amazon by Mark Stephens called Soulful Vinyasa Yoga...anyone ever heard of it?
I have seen downloads I THINK on yogajournal.com....I can't swear to it though and they might be just videos. But I feel ya girl...there needs to be more as the videos are difficult to DO when you have to watch your computer screen! I've never heard of the one you mentioned. Have you tried it yet? You might want to shop the iTunes store...search yoga audio or something along those lines.
I downloaded the Mark Stephens one last night. It's really great!! It was so different listening to someone but not being able to see them. I had to listen a lot closer than I normally. Once I get the hang of it I'm sure I'll be able to get into the groove a little more haha Thanks for the suggestions, I'll look into them!
