Hyperstudio Suggestions Needed

Hi!  I am taking an education class (starting tomorrow) in which I am required to have the software program "Hyperstudio".  Their website doesn't have any to purchase, nor does my school's bookstore.  I was just wondering if any of you have this program and where did you get it?  I think the teacher mentioned that the reason we can't purchase it right now is because they are in the process of upgrading the software and putting out another version.  If anyone can tell me where they found their Hyperstudio (the newest edition before this other one comes out) I'd appreicate it!  Thank you!!
