   Shredded BBQ Chicken

3 LB package of Frozen Chicken Breasts

A bottle of your favorite BBQ Sauce

Put the chicken breasts in a crock pot an cover with BBQ sauce. Cook on low for 4-6 hours. When chicken is cooked all the way through pull it out and shred it, return to the crock pot. Stir to combine with the BBQ sauce. Put it on a bun and enjoy!

** Sometimes I put a little bit of Italian Dressing in as well. Just to add a little bit of a different flavor.  We also like to butter our buns and toast them lightly in a fry pan to add a little crispyness to them.**

  Chicken Tacos

3 Lb Package of Frozen Chicken Breasts

Can of chicken stock

Can of water

1-2 packages of taco seasoning

Optional: diced peppers (whatever kind you want)  and diced onions

Typical taco ingredients (shells, cheese, sour cream......)

In a crockpot combine chicken stock, water and  taco seasoning. The amount of seasoning depends on how much of the taco flavor you perfer. (we use 2, but we love tacos)  If you are doing the peppers and onions you can also add these now, or wait until later. It just depends on how soft you want them. Add the Chicken. Cook 4-6 hours on low. When chicken is cooked through pull it out and shred it. Return it back to the crockpot and let it soak up the juices. Pull chicken out with a slotted spoon and make a taco like you normally would!

 Stir Fry

Chicken Breast cut in small chunks or strips

bag of frozen veggies (some brands may have stir fry mix)

bottle of stir fry sauce

Cook chicken in a pan (or wok) until done. Pull chicken out and throw in frozen veggies. Cook until just about done. Add the chicken and the stir fry sauce. Cook until veggies are done. Put on top of rice and/or chow mein noodles. Enjoy!

This is a staple at our house. We have it quite frequently. Sometimes I make my own homemade stir fry sauce. But if we need dinner quick I will use a jar of it. If we really need it quick I omit the chicken.
