Chunk up velveeta cheese in a bowl.

Pour some salsa on top and heat in the microwave until cheese is melted.

Serve with tostitos

Cinnamon cereal Trail mix

1 egg white

1/4 tsp salt

1/3 cup brown sugar

1 tsp cinnamon

3 cups of Cheerios (we like multi grain)

1/3 cup of nuts (we like peanuts or sunflower seeds)

1/3 cup of dried fruit (we like raisins or craisins)

Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Beat egg on high until foamy. Add salt and mix to together. Beat in the brown sugar until thick and glossy. Mix together the cinnamon, cereal, nuts and dried fruit. Slowly add it to the egg mixture, and mix gently until everything is coated. Spread evenly on a lightly greased cookie sheet and cook for 15-20 min or until set. Immediately move to a cold cookie sheet and allow to cool. Break up into small chunks when cooled.

This snack mix is soo good! My kids love it. Best thing is, its actually a decently healthy snack! Occasionally I will add chocolate chips or m&m's before I give it to them. You can use any nut or dried fruit you want.

 S'mores on a stick

1 or 2 packages of graham crackers

a can of sweetened condensed milk

1 cup of chocolate chips

1 cup of miniature marshmallows

popsicle sticks

Prep graham crackers by breaking them in half. Lay half of the package on the counter on wax paper and the other half in a stack. Microwave the can of sweetened condensed milk for 1 min in the microwave. Add the cup of chocolate chips and stir until melted. After melted add the cup of miniature marshmallows and stir until coated with the chocolate. Scoop spoonfuls onto the layed out graham crackers and top with the other half. After it cools for just a minute slide the popsicle stick in between the crackers. Repeat until all the chocolate is gone.

If you want to you can drizzle melted chocolate on top of the graham crackers and decorate with sprinkles.
