Have you recently tried a recipe on you found in this group? Tell us what you think about it! How about a star rating. 1 being the lowest, 5 being the highest! If you changed anything, whether it was adding something, taking something out, cooking time or whatever let us know that as well!! But please don't rate your own recipe. You already know its good! :-)

I don't know if it has been posted in this group. But I have seen it on cm and it sounded so easy! pop up pancakes,,very few ingredients and you're supposed to make them in a cupcake pan. Well it turned out to be so rubbery, and almost like scrambled eggs because the recipe called for so many dang eggs! And they stuck to the pan....It was disgusting and that pan will still not come clean!

We make them all the time! The key is to make sure you grease the pans really well and only fill them about 1/4 to 1/2 full. Then they will fluff up really well. If you put to much batter in the pan the bottoms will get really thick. When I make them it makes about 20. Typically we sprinkle powdered sugar on them, cut up some strawberries and put them in the little puff pockets, then either top with whipped cream or some syrup. The boys love them!

I like them because I just throw all ingredients in the blender and it only takes a minute to prep!
