I want this board or forum to be open to everyone who will be dealing with the newness of 6th grade middle school. There was no one to help me get through this. I had to muddle through the madness, work with a child who was having issues and what I call nuttiness. I am see a lot of parents asking for help and I guess I feel compelled to open this board up to all who have entering 6th grade parents of tweens. If you have children of 7th grade and can help? Please by all means chime in. All the help the better.
All I ask of you is this, no belittling, no judging others of their parenting skills and no name calling. I will remove you and barr you from coming back if things get heated to the point of nasty. This board is on recommendation from one parent who thinks this is a great idea. So, with this in mind, I hope we can all do a little admin and help keep this board going. Good luck and I hope we all gain something if anything from this experience.
