Italian style cutlets

Chicken cutlets with an Italian twist

4 chicken cutlets, wash and pat dry

Cooking string

Gonzalo cheese

spinach frozen

Tarragon

garlic fresh

and to your chose, white wine, just a little for flavor

Cook your cutlets in oil until softly brown

pull out

take your spinach, cook it without adding water, it has a lot of moisture to begin with

take out and drain extra moisture

in a bowl add spinach and add the gonzalo cheese, 1/2 ok

take one cutlet at a time and add with filling, tie string around it 2 places to keep it together

in u'r cooking pan with chicken flavored oil add butter, fresh garlic

salt and pepper to taste and tarragon

slowly cook adding just about a 1/2 cup of white wine ( something  a little sweet )

add chicken to it and cover up, let it simmer, about 20 mins,

absolutely delicious, enjoy!
