anyone done it? My dad has a condo there and we would have built in babysitters as well. I am just curious if it is worth the expense..although in my book an bad day of diving is better than none at all!!

I haven't been there myself, but I hear it's great. I live in Florida, have dove the Jupiter, Pompano (which is only about 30 miles away from Ft Lauderdale), and West Palm areas A LOT. They are great drift dives and my faves to go to.

W. Palm and Ft. Lauderdale is on the Atlantic Side and it's got some great drift dives. I've never dived on the Gulf Side (which is where Ft. Myers is located). It sounds interesting and if you do decide to dive, we would love a review! :-)
