Thank-you so much! We are looking at live aboards. NON STOP DIVING WOOO HOOO now that is my idea of a great romantic get away...lol
We loved it--and nonstop diving was definitely the way to go! WE did up to 5 dives a day--and you only rig your tank up to your BC/Regulator one time at the beginning of the dive. Then you just keep it rigged up in its space behind your seat--they just fill the tanks before each dive.
We've been wanting to go on another liveaboard but will wait 'till our girls are a little older, and maybe do one of the special Aggressor Family cruises (they had one that was for Turks/Caicos).

Also, I was in Grand Cayman last December with my DH and daughter who was 9 months at the time as well as with a group of my diver friends. My DH doesn't dive but we had a blast doing lots of easy shore diving taking our surface intervals at the outside bar/restaurant at the entrance of the dive sites. There is also and excellent dive shop named Ocean Frontiers if you want to dive the East Side.
Belize
I was on Peter Hughes' Wind Dancer which was destroyed the year after my trip there but the diving was fabulous.
Turks and Caicos
Another Peter Hughes boat, nice diving but too many Sea Wasps on night dives.
Coco Island
Great diving but the Aggressor boat Okeanos is old and not in as good of shape as I was accustomed to with the Peter Hughes boat. Lots of current and water a bit colder than Carribean or Thailand but awesome hammerhead sharks, silky sharks, galapagos sharks, I could go on....
Have fun! I'm envious ;)

Oh, I remember one night dive on the Cayman Aggressor there were TONS of Sea Wasps! They had plenty of spray bottles of vinegar waiting for us when we got back on the boat after our dive!

Congrats! I'm so jealous. I don't have any suggestions but let us know what you decide and how it goes.
