TWICE BAKED RANCH POTATOES
ingredients:
4 baking potatoes 1/2c. KRAFT ranch dressing
1/4c. sour cream 1tbsp. oscar mayer real bacon bits
1/4 pound (4oz) velveeta pasturized prepared cheese product, cut up.
directions:
- bake potatoes at 400*f for 1hour. slice off tops of potatoes; scoop out centers, leaving 1/8in shell.
- mash scooped out potatoes. add dressing, sour cream and bacon bits; beat until fluffy. stir velveeta into potatoe mixture.spoon into shells.
- bake @ 350*f for 20 min.
