Mouthwatering Mudslide Parfait
Prep time: 15 minutes Total time: 15 minutes servings:4
INGREDIENTS:
15 chocolate creme filled oreo cookies
8 ounce(s) of softened Philly cream cheese
1 1/2 tbsp. of Kahlua liqueur
1/4 cup(s) of powdered sugar
1 1/2 cup(s) of cool whip--regular or french vanilla flavored
DIRECTIONS:
- Crush oreos in a food processor until they are a fine crumb.
- In a large bowl beat the cream cheese, Kahlua, and powdered sugar until blended well. Mix in the cool whip.
- In pretty glass individual dessert bowls or glasses put a layer of the cookie crumbs. Top with the Kahlua cream. Repeat the layers one more time. To make it pretty, you can garnish with any or all of the following: additional cookie crumbs, cool whip, chocolate syrup, or maraschino cherries.
