Chicken and Rice
2 1/2 c. uncooked rice
1 can cream of celery soup
1 cans cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 1/2 c. milk
1/2 stick butter, melted
Chicken pieces
Potato chips or cornflakes
Place rice in the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan. Lay chicken pieces over the top of rice. Stir together the soups and milk. Pour over the chicken. Pour melted butter over soup mixture. Sprinkle with either crushed potatoes or crushed cornflakes. Bake at 350^ for one and one-half hours.
