I watched Labor Pains when it first aired on ABC Family and a few weeks ago seen it was on again.  My husband and I watched it together.  It was a good movie that we both enjoyed.

Here's what it's about:

Thea Clayhill (Lindsay Lohan) is about to lose her position as secretary to a very cranky publisher (Chris Parnell) -- so she lies about being pregnant to save her job, as she saw on an episode of Law & Order that it is discriminatory to fire a pregnant woman. The plan works, and she gets to keep her job.

With the help from a friend (Cheryl Hines) -- and a "baby bump" stolen from a mannequin—Thea fakes the pregnancy while she figures out her next move. In the meantime, her boss gets called out of town and his cute brother Nick (Luke Kirby) takes over. In an attempt to get an author to publish a book with the company, he brings Thea along to a meeting with the author. Thea convinces the author that they are the right "home" for her book. Nick then launches a new parenting division at the publishing company, and he wants Thea to be the editor. This results in a raise and promotion for Thea, as well as the beginning of a romantic relationship between her and Nick after breaking off her engagement with Miles (Aaron Yoo). She begins to enjoy her life to the extent that her "pregnancy" becomes real to her. In an attempt to get Thea to admit her lie, Emma, her little sister, (played by Bridgit Mendler) throws Thea a surprise baby shower. When Thea still doesn't admit the lie to her family, Emma destroys her pregnancy pillow in a fit of rage. Quickly, Thea grabs a balloon and leaves. Later that day, the author of the book is going to have a book reading, but her boss comes back a week early, and gets into an argument with Nick (which ends with Nick jumping on him, then Thea pulling them apart). After insulting Thea, she tries to go at him. Nick holds her back by the stomach, and her balloon pops, blowing her cover.

Soon, Thea gets herself together and apologizes on a national talk show to Nick and the company. Nick forgives her and takes her back, and she gets to keep her job.

The movie flashes to two years later(Nick and Thea are married indicated by the wedding ring on his finger). This shows Nick and Thea discussing something, as Thea goes into labor..for real. Nick wheels her out in a spinning chair, so she can give birth to her and Nick's baby and the credits roll.

So Georgia Rule is 3 yrs old now and I finally got to watch it a few weeks ago.  Wow!  I loved it and am wondering why it took me so long to actually watch it.

Here's the plot:

Rebellious, devious, gorgeous teenager Rachel Wilcox (Lindsay Lohan) screams, swears, has sex, takes drugs, steals and drinks; she is, in a word, uncontrollable. With her latest car crash, Rachel has broken the final rule in her mother Lilly's (Felicity Huffman) San Francisco home. With nowhere else to take the impulsive and rambunctious girl, Lilly hauls her daughter to the one place to which she had sworn she would never return: her own mother's house in Idaho. Matriarch Georgia Randall (Jane Fonda) lives her life by a number of unbreakable rules — God comes first and hard work comes a very close second — and wants anyone who shares her home do the same. She will make anyone who swears or takes the Lord's name in vain wash out their mouths with a bar of soap. Now saddled with raising the young woman, it will require each patient breath she takes to understand Rachel's fury.

Georgia arranges a job for Rachel as the office girl of Dr. Simon Ward (Dermot Mulroney), the local veterinarian, who also unofficially treats people. His two nephews Sam and Ethan are often at Georgia's house. Simon does not show interest in Rachel or other women, so she thinks he is gay. However, Simon's sister Paula (Laurie Metcalf) reveals that he is still mourning the death of his wife and son who were killed in a car collision three years earlier. He refuses to have sex with Rachel even when she tries to seduce him, but feels some passion for her mother Lilly, whom he has dated in the past.

Rachel performs oral sex on Harlan Wilson (Garrett Hedlund), who, not yet being married, was still a virgin because of his LDS (Mormon) religion. Backed up by a reluctant Rachel, he confesses to his LDS girlfriend, who is shocked. A team of LDS girls starts spying on Harlan to make sure he does not "have sex" again. After a short chase using Harlan's truck, Rachel explains to them that what happened was over, and that they can go back to having their summer fun. They agree to do so, only if Rachel goes home. Rachel then threatens them by saying if they have anything to do with her and Harlan again, as in: talk to Harlan, yell at Harlan, call her a name, throw stuff at her or do anything else that has to do with her, then she will find all of their boyfriends and "fuck them stupid."

While trying to make a point to Simon about survival, Rachel bluntly says that her stepfather Arnold (Cary Elwes) sexually molested and raped her from the time she was 12 until she turned 14. Seeing the effect of her revelation, Rachel tries to convince him she lied. However, Simon has already told Georgia about the abuse, and Georgia in turn tells Lilly, who at first thinks Rachel is lying. Lilly comes to believe her daughter, however, and begins to drink heavily and asks Arnold for a divorce.

When Arnold arrives, Georgia tells him to leave and will not allow him in the house. Finally, she attempts to force him off the property by hitting him with a baseball bat; when he still refuses to leave, she forces him, by using the bat to threaten his sports car in order to put a bar of soap in his mouth, after he takes God's name in vain. Rachel sees that Lilly cannot accept the truth, and lies to her, saying she was not molested by Arnold.

At the motel where Arnold is staying, Rachel tells him that she has a video tape of him having sex her when she was 14. Arnold seems worried, which further convinces the viewers of his guilt. Rachel demands US$10 million (half his presumed net worth) if he does not keep Lilly happy. She admits to him that she lied to Lilly because she does not want her to be upset anymore. On the way back to San Francisco, Arnold tells Lilly that he is giving Rachel his new red Ferrari, and Lilly realizes that he is guilty.

As Lilly jumps out of the car and starts walking back to town, Arnold angrily admits to having raped and molested Rachel; he claims to have been seduced, that Lilly's heavy drinking drove him to it, and finally saying that Rachel enjoyed it. After fending off an attack from an enraged Lilly, Arnold drives off, daring her to take him to court.

In the end, Georgia, along with Simon, Rachel, and Harlan, catch up with Lilly in Harlan's pick-up truck, and a tearful Rachel makes up for her behavior. Harlan also mentions to Georgia that he is in love with Rachel and plans to marry her when he gets back from his two-year mission

I really want to watch I Know Who Killed Me.  But haven't had the time to get it to watch it.  I'll let you know what I think of it when I finally get a chance to watch it.

Here's the plot:

The quiet suburb of New Salem is being terrorized by a serial killer who abducts and tortures young women, holding them captive for weeks before murdering them. Aubrey Fleming (Lindsay Lohan), a talented pianist and aspiring writer, appears to be his latest victim when she disappears during a night out with her friends. As the days tick by, the special FBI Task Force convened to track the killer begins to lose hope of finding her before it’s too late.

Late one night, a driver discovers a young woman by the side of a deserted road, disheveled and critically injured. The girl is rushed to the hospital, where Aubrey’s distraught parents, Susan (Julia Ormond) and Daniel (Neal McDonough), wait by her side as she slips in and out of consciousness. When she is finally able to speak, she shocks everyone by claiming to be a down-on-her luck stripper named Dakota Moss, who has never heard of Aubrey Fleming. Convinced Aubrey is suffering from post traumatic stress disorder, her doctors, parents, and law enforcement officials can only wait for rest and therapy to restore her memory. But after returning to her parents’ suburban home, she continues to insist she is not who they think she is, despite bearing bizarre wounds identical to those of the serial killer’s previous victims.

The FBI agents are further mystified when they search Aubrey’s laptop and discover a short story about a girl with an alter ego named Dakota. When Dakota begins to suspect she may be Aubrey’s identical twin sister, Susan shows her a video of her pregnancy ultrasound clearly revealing there was only one fetus in her womb. Confused and terrified, Dakota starts seeing visions of a menacing figure slowly butchering his captive. Convinced time is running out both for Aubrey and herself, Dakota confronts Daniel with a shocking truth that leads them on a frantic hunt for the killer.

Aubrey and Dakota are twins, born to Virginia Sue Moss, a crack addict. Moss gave birth to them the same time the Flemings had their own child, who died in the incubator. Daniel Fleming quietly raises one as his own daughter, paying Virginia over the years by mail. Dakota finds the envelopes and attempts to find her sister, when she suffers sympathetic resonance from her twin's wounds, and is found by the highway. It turns out the two are stigmatic twins, with a psychic connection that lets them share pain, communicate, and even share experiences, which explains some of Aubrey's stories.

After investigating the grave of Aubrey's recently murdered friend, Jennifer Toland (Stacy Lynn Gabel), Dakota finds a blue ribbon from a piano competition, with a message from Jennifer's (and Aubrey's) piano teacher, Douglas Norquist (Thomas Tofel). Dakota realizes Norquist, the teacher, murdered Jennifer and abducted Aubrey after they expressed intentions to quit their piano lessons, taking off their fingers, arm, and a leg in a twisted act of retribution. Dakota and Daniel confront Norquist. Daniel dies in the process, but Dakota cuts off Norquist's hand and stabs him in his gut and neck with one of his own blades. She then finds Aubrey where Norquist buried her alive and frees her. The movie ends with Aubrey and Dakota lying together on the ground, looking out into the night.
