My mom was diagnosed with Breast cancer at the age of 48 this past spring. She had a mastectomy and went through Chemo Treatments. She is currently done with Chemo but is still going every 3 weeks for Herceptin (for another 6months).
She is beautiful and I am very proud of her!!! Our family participated in a Making Strides for Breast Cancer walk Yesterday and I just thought I would share a couple pics :)
Our team was able to raise just over $1300. I was very excited and our goal is to raise $2000 next year!
