Survey went well the doctor said and baby did fine. The 1st few days were the hardest as far as the physical pain. Baby was upset I wasn't able to eat for 2 days and beat me up badly, until I ate some breakfast. It was funny after I was fully awake and in my room he started kicking, they gave me a couple crackers and he kicked harder like he was saying "Are you kidding me, that's it after 2 days!" When they brought in my breakfast the next day he was going crazy kicking and punching, within 20-30 min of me eating he was calm and comfy =)

But since being home and adjusting to the pain, my boys at home have been soo very sweet and gentle. And now its mostly adjusting to lack of arm movement, and getting out of bed with my big pregnant belly weighing me down.

Oh so good to hear from you !   Been thinking about you daily and hoping all was going well - thanks for the update.

Sounds like your baby is definitely ok, still telling Mommy what he wants - thats good!  Glad your boys are being gentle and sweet.  Let them help you - you need to rest!

Continue to use your support system and just take it slow.  The arm movement will come.

Do you still have your drains in?   I found them annoying.      Each day you will improve slightly just don't push it.

Keep us posted on your progress.

I've been following your story since you posted before your surgery, but I didn't respond, because I honestly didn't know how to. Facing a cancer diagnosis is difficult at the best of times, but I simply couldn't imagine it under your circumstances.

I am so glad that the surgery went well. I will be praying for your recovery to continue smoothly, and I look forward to the announcement of the birth of your beautiful, healthy baby boy.
