I have two "cysts" in my breasts. The dr says they can be nothing else because I have had a cysts prior as a teenager and because I'm 25 also because they are painful. My aunt was diagnosed recently very young also my friend very young. Both say theirs was painful. Should I trust the dr or what should I do?

I got the dr to approve a ultrasound and then upon reading the order she put it only for left side which is not the only side with lumps and not the side with the painful lump. She also put a referral in for a surgeon

Hello, my onc. Suggested a second opinion because I was so anxious about it all. I do not know why your dr. would block a second opinion. It's your body & your money. I do hope it is only cysts. My first was a benign cyst my second was not & I'm in treatment now. Not to scare you but to caution you. Marilyn xx
