It may be hard to think you may have cancer.
It's much easier to believe you don't .
If you don't have cancer than you were worrying for nothing.
So find something else to do exercise, hugs a lot eat well because everything will be alright.

2 moms liked this
The unknown is much scarier than having knowledge. I was diagnosed with breast cancer three years ago. I was 51 and had never had a mammogram despite my sister having breast cancer. It was a fluke I even went in for it. Imagine my surprise when they told me I had cancer. I am now checked every three months (my mom has since been diagnosed) and it gives me peace of mind because I know left unchecked and untreated I could die. Mammograms are a positive test that can only save your life and give you peace of mind. Thank God such a test exists and trust very few lumps, etc are actually cancer. Cancer has made me take a detour I didn't expect but I am still here and I don't plan to go anyway. Positive thinking my friend. It works wonders!

The whole point of a mammogram is to find a problem if there is one....that's how I was diagnosed and I know the test saved my life. Just try to relax the best you can and know that actually going for the pictures is a good thing that you are doing for your body and your life.
