I am on Tamoxifen and get a little warm at night needing to kick off the covers. My coworker was diagnosed one month after me and is getting terrible hot flashes. Anyone else her have this experience? She said she is having trouble sleeping because she just is having one hot flash after another.

Maybe you should keep a fan blowing on you at night, maybe that would help?

1 mom liked this
I sleep with windows open and a fan blowing directly on me in just my panties. I still get all hot a sweaty when I sleep. I find that going to bed with wet hair helps, but not everyone has hair or can tolerate that.

I was very lucky in tamoxifen. I only got bad leg cramps but no hot flashes. Sorry, can't help your friend.
