My girls love this...

2 cans of Tamales

1 bag of boil rice

Small amount of shredded cheesse

Sour cream

Boil bag rice...when cooked pour rice in microwavable dish, put light layer of cheese, then put Tamales on top of that....be sure to remove papers.... cook in microwave for 2 or 3 minutes, remove and add another small layer of cheese and cook until cheese has melted........serve with sour cream..

Some times we have tossed salad with this....

My family has this at least once a week because theres enough for left overs the next day

Elbow Noodles

2 cut tomatoes/ or diced tomatoes

Italian Sausage

1 Jar of any kind of Pasta Sauce

2 cans of Corn

2 cans of Green Beans

Boil noodles til soft then why thats cooking do the Sausage in another Pan with adding 1/2 cup of water and make sure to not let the water disentergrate. Then after sausages are done slice them up and keep cooking them til no pink in middle. Drain Noodles add sauce. corn, green beans.tomatoes, then add the pasta sauce, then add the cooked sausage and you are good to go you may want to warm it a little more on the stove

You may need 2 cans of Pasta Sauce depending on how much sauce you like to put in your spegetti you can also use hamburger meat instead of sausage.

If you try it tell me how you liked it my Two year old is picky and he cleaned his plate lol...
